It’s actually a very simple process.
The only ingredients are rice, sugar, water, and salt.
And that’s it.
There’s no other step.
The vinegar is then filtered and distilled to get a very low-sugar, high-flavor, low-calorie vinegar.
I use this method to make a lot more than just rice vinegar.
You can use it for sauces, soups, dips, and any other sweetener you might want to use it in.
If you have a lot in your pantry, I highly recommend making this kind of vinegar.
But for those of you that like to add a dash of lemon or lemon juice, this is a great option.
It can be used in soups and dips as well.
And you can even use it as a thickener in desserts.
