Here are the ingredients:1 cup of rice, drained and rinsed1 cup coconut milk1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper2 teaspoons rice vinegar1 teaspoon saltFor the rice, add all the ingredients to a medium pot, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the coconut milk, salt and pepper to the rice porries water and stir well to combine.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Serve the rice rice porreros at room temperature.
