The rice needs to be at room temperature to work.

You will want to let the rice sit out in the fridge for about 15 minutes, then drain and rinse it.

This will allow the rice to absorb more moisture.

After draining, put the rice in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a towel.

I usually wrap the rice up in plastic wrap.

I like to let it sit out for about an hour, then shred it and eat it later.

I put the shredded rice in the microwave and microwave it for about 2 minutes.

It should be cooked through and not mushy.

If it is mushy, it’s done.

If the rice is not cooked through, you’ll want to cook it on high for about 30 seconds to cook the remaining rice and let it soak up all the moisture.

Then, just add the shredded cheddar cheese and serve.

The cheddar is optional, but the taste of it really helps.

You’ll want some cheddar in there, too.

The shredded curdling rice is the perfect low-calorie snack or meal.

It comes together in less than 30 minutes and tastes delicious.
